Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor quality control and ensure that work meets company standards and specifications.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage equipment and materials to ensure proper usage and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Asphalt Foreman.
  • In-depth knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and materials.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
