Finish Grade Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced Finish Grade Operator to join our growing team. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities:

· Operate heavy equipment to perform fine grading and final site preparation

· Read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, and elevations

· Ensure proper slope, drainage, and surface accuracy

· Work closely with site supervisors and crew members

· Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3+ years of finish grading experience

· Proficient in operating equipment such as dozers, motor graders, and skid steers

· Ability to read blueprints and grade stakes

· Strong understanding of sitework, drainage, and grading standards

· Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
