Paving Raker

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Paving Raker to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality asphalt work and enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

· Rake and level hot mix asphalt to proper grade and thickness

· Assist with asphalt paving operations, including spreading and smoothing materials

· Work alongside paving crew to ensure a smooth, even surface

· Follow grade stakes, string lines, and directions from the foreman

· Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

· Adhere to all safety guidelines and job site procedures

Requirements:

· Prior experience as a paving raker or similar asphalt work required

· Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including heat and humidity

· Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

· Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding tasks

· Reliable transportation to job sites

· Valid driver’s license preferred
