Underground Utilities Punch-Out Crew Member

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Underground Utilities Punch-Out Crew Member to join our team. This position focuses on final-stage utility work, ensuring underground systems are completed, repaired, and brought up to project specifications before closeout. The ideal candidate has experience in site work, underground utilities, and takes pride in delivering clean, finished results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform punch-out and final detail work on underground utility systems (water, sewer, storm)

· Identify and correct deficiencies, damages, or incomplete installations

· Adjust valve boxes, meter boxes, and cleanouts to final grade

· Repair minor pipe issues, fittings, and connections as needed

· Coordinate with supervisors to ensure all punch list items are completed accurately

· Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment

· Assist with general labor duties as required

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in underground utilities, site work, or construction preferred

· Knowledge of water, sewer, and storm systems a plus

· Ability to read basic plans and follow directions

· Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

· Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

· Frequent bending, kneeling, and standing

· Ability to work in trenches and uneven terrain
