Construction Administrative Assistant

Drewry Site Development is a fast-growing company looking for a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the Owners and Executive Team. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and a "can-do" attitude. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to Owners and Executives
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments efficiently
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Oversee general office operations, ensuring organization and efficiency
- Problem-solve and anticipate challenges before they arise
- Assist in project management and follow-ups on key initiatives
- Read and comprehension of blueprints, spec, general construction knowledge
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Admin, or similar role
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Experience with Procore a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Strong work ethic with a team-player attitude
